Changes to Employment Pass Eligibility

January 1, 2023

Effective September 1, 2023, Employment Pass (EP) applicants in Singapore must meet a two-step eligibility process:

Salary Requirement: Candidates must earn a minimum qualifying salary.

COMPASS Assessment: Applicants must successfully pass the COMPASS assessment.
